How do I create a GameFlex account?

Download the GameFlex app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open the app and select "Sign Up." You can create an account using your email, Apple ID, Google account, or gaming platform accounts (Xbox, Twitch, or Kick). Follow the prompts to complete your profile setup.

Is GameFlex free to use?

Yes, GameFlex is completely free to download and use. We don't charge for basic features like sharing content, joining channels, or connecting with other gamers.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you encounter inappropriate content, you can report it directly through the app. Look for the three-dot menu on any post or comment and select "Report." Choose the reason for your report and provide any additional details. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly through the app in Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account. For more information about data deletion and what information is retained, visit our Data Deletion page.

How do I change my username?

Go to your Profile > Settings > Edit Profile. You can change your username from there. Note that you can change your username up to 3 times per month. If your desired username is taken, try a variation or add numbers/special characters.
